- JMJonathan MorrisseyNov 3, 20221.0We used Alexanders for an international move last year and this year and I cant even begin to explain what a disaster it was from the very start to the very finish. We had our items moved from Ottawa in Canada to Dublin Ireland through a work move. I have the issues below: - Most of the communication was done via email and was all over the place. Emails being missed on the regular, far too many cooks and crossed wires. I had to push for a call and that was a reluctant decision at best. - So many of our items were damaged in the move that it was incredibly disheartening. Items were very poorly packaged and thrown together. My partners grandmothers china was wrecked, a coffee table, two dining chairs, two cabinets, a mattress and several posters to name a few. Quite shocked at how many items were destroyed. I would urge people to avoid at all costs.
