One of the most difficult things to find was a way to get from my home to various doctor appointments and procedure appointments while lying down. The major ambulance companies do not handle home pickups. I was very lucky to call Prime Medical Transport. They are very good at what they do, plus they are kind and respectful and I trust them. Do not hesitate to use them. Recently I was getting an X-ray done and the technician asked me "who are these guys - they are so much more helpful than usual". And they are, and it's not the first time someone has told me that. They have made my life less stressful and for that alone, I am a dedicated customer. My sincere thanks.

We needed a family member who is wheelchair bound and living in a nursing home to be able to come to some very special family events. These events were after hours, and we didn’t give a long lead time. Each transportation went smoothly. The driver, Chuck, was timely, considerate, and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use them again when the need arrises.
