  I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to use prime transportation services on several occasions. I have had two different drivers so far, Marissa and Jesse. Both of them were timely, professional, kind and very helpful in assisting me. Coming from a specialized transportation background, I can say that I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of their vans, and how well equipped all of them are with proper supplies and necessities. They are always very easy to reach if need be, and have been beyond helpful answering questions I have. I highly recommend Prime to anyone that needs transportation services, and am so pleased with every experience I have had with them and their drivers!

  Prime Medical Transport has taken me to multiple doctors appointments on the Cape and even into Boston, and their personnel are absolutely top notch with respect to safety, and compassion, always focused on the patient. I have used other transport companies, and there is no comparison, especially because Prime tries to dedicate one driver for the pick up and return home whenever possible. I have used other companies who have kept me waiting up to an hour after the appointment is over before taking me home. Prime divers like Michael and Mark aren’t just clocking hours, they have a sincere commitment to the patient and treat me with kindness like family. I highly recommend Prime Medical Transport because they have made getting to my medical appointments safe and enjoyable.

  I used this service to bring my wheelchair bound client to her granddaughters wedding. They provided the wheelchair, the ramp to get her out of the house, and buckled her chair right into the van! It went very smoothly!! The drivers we had were both awesome and very kind!! He even helped me get her into bed when we got back home!! I can’t explain the amount of relief it was for us not to have to worry about getting her there!! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it!! It was such a great experience!!!

  We had requested a chair van to transport an 81 year old gentleman from his home to Providence Hospital to have radiation treatment. Bernie arrived on time and immediately introduced himself to all of us. Bernie got to work and showed great care and compassion for his patient. In the rain, he moved the patient quickly into the van and secured him. He allowed myself and the patient’s wife to go with him and make sure that we were comfortable and secure in our seats. He drove all the way to Providence Hospital, asking every once in a while if we were comfortable with the temperature in the van as well as the radio. He exercised great caution while driving and got us there in minimal time. After the patient had his radiation appointment, his doctor requested to see him. The doctor wanted to get some x-rays done and because of the orders being put in incorrectly, we were delayed and ended up being in the hospital for four hours. When we were ready to go, I called the dispatch and as soon as we walked outside, Bernie was waiting for us. Despite some traffic, Bernie made sure that the ride home was uneventful and safe. He is a true asset to your company, and we hope to have him on one of the other trips for treatment.

  My mother and I can't say enough about how nice the drivers are as well as how helpful the office staff is. I always no my mom is in good hands and safe when she's with any of them.
