  Troy’s moving and storage is amazing! We just moved our entire house into a new home and these guys did a fantastic job! They were all very professional and efficient. All of our belongings were well taken care of and nothing got lost during the move. I would highly recommend Troy’s moving and storage!

  We've used their services twice now (once for a single home move and once for internal movement of furniture) and they are fantastic every time! Very accommodating, quick, and trustworthy - wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

  This company made our move quick and stress free. the team was efficient, handled our belongings with great care, and paid special attention to our fragile items. What I appreciated most was their transparency-the price I was quoted was essentially what I paid, with no hidden cost. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. You won't be disappointed!

  DO NOT use Troys! His crew damaged the door of my old house and my refrigerator and after over a year him dodging my calls I finally gave up. It wasn’t even questionable whether they did the damage the guys who worked for him called him when it happened and wrote it in the receipt they provided me. He promised he would repair everything when we spoke and never showed up when he was suppose to meet me and after that point he began to dodge my calls. They didn’t take any precautions with my furniture and just threw stuff around. I’m sure if I moved move than 2 miles I would’ve had more items damaged. They showed up almost 2 hours early and charged me more than the quote bc they were there too early and needed to wait parked at the new house until our closing was complete. He’s extremely unprofessional. He came recommended from our real estate agent so I didn’t research him. I did after the fact and it looks like many had the same experiences I did. It’s not worth saving the extra$ to have a hassle with this guy. One last thing that I should mention he requires a cash deposit, so we had to go to some sketching warehouse in Lowell to make the deposit since I wasn’t sending cash through the mail.
