- ATAmilyan TreadwellAug 7, 20261.0incredibly unprofessional company. One of their drivers hit my car that was parked in the driveway…and since then, getting a status update has been impossible. Every time I call the office, they just transfer me to Melissa. She never answers her phone. I have left her multiple voicemails with absolutely no response or callback. Ignoring an accident like this is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

The driver was a Spanish girl with glasses, and the other girl was a skinny black girl. They picked him up this morning in the rain. He can be a handful, but they made him feel comfortable. He said “titi” they knew about Power Rangers”. ❤️
- DCDestiny CruzJun 12, 20261.0They keep putting new people on after noon route when I’ve had the same people for a couple months now and they let these people drive without even studying the route first I waited over 40 mins for my son and it doesn’t take the normal people who drive him more then 15 mins to bring him home
