The planner (Karen Joseph) did not engage until a few weeks before the wedding and expressed concern with the logistics (which had been previously approved by her team), requiring another vehicle. After much back and forth, Cape Destinations covered the cost of the additional vehicle. Karen was rude and unprofessional in her interactions and didn't listen or ask questions about our needs. On the day of the wedding, guests were waiting for the vehicle and it wasn't parked in the right location. Our frustrations with Cape Destinations were echoed by the venue who has worked with them frequently. There aren't many options in the Cape but I would try to steer clear of this company. We used 4 vehicles over 2 days and spent nearly $8000. They should have coordinated better and treated us more professionally.
