  From the very beginning of our moving experience, Nick was extremely flexible, helpful and supportive of our move from MA to Ottawa. It would not have been as smooth as it was without his help. Everyone from Angie to Elizabeth and Bob could not do enough to make our move a success. Our packers, Bruce and Naicy did a great job and helped us with several items that we gave away. The star of the show though was Richard from Montreal, and his crew(s) who packed the truck and unpacked us in Ottawa. They did an amazing job of packing and then unpacking and setting up at our destination! All with no apparent damage. The Customs clearance process was also very smooth. We are very appreciative of the professionalism and knowledge that we experienced in this successful move. The only negative is in the Atlas brochure called "Moving to Canada in the section on "Exporting a Motor Vehicle", they did not reference the need for an Internal Transaction Number (ITN) obtained through the AESDirect site. This caused a major problem for me as I could not export and the import into Canada my 2 cars. It is always challenging to experience a major move but with Atlas and Palmer's guidance, it was a very good experience. Thank you all so very much.

  Best team of movers I have ever experienced, and I have moved my business several times. Starting with the planning and admin team of Nick, Bob, and Elizabeth. Very good with consistent and timely follow up to ensure that my timing needs were met. Especially when our move date needed to change several times due to construction. They were always willing to adapt so quickly and easily. The day of the move- the movers were friendly, polite, very considerate of being super careful. We actually had a "fun day" with the movers. The team was Naicy , Alex, Jeremy, Chuck, Michael, & Angel. A good group of guys that are clearly VERY good at what they do and also have good interpersonal skills. If you are looking for a moving company, look no further! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

  Weighed my trailers and cars for a military DITY move. Park on the platform then walk inside and ask for the ticket. $13 cash.
