  Had a great experience with their pick up yesterday and packing, nice dudes. Packed and secured items well. Now I hope my delivery in a couple months I could say the same.

  Poor quality of work and lack of professionalism. Three packers were assigned to our house. The two younger girls assigned to the spare rooms spent much of their time talking on the phone and showed little care for the job. As a result of their rushing to complete everything in one day rather than utilizing the scheduled second day, numerous issues occurred: - Damaged and Improperly Packed Items: Furniture was left unwrapped, and items were folded tightly inside boxes to force them to fit, which ruined them. Additionally, dishes were packed at the bottom of a box with only a single layer of paper, resulting in breakage. - Missing and Displaced Parts: We are missing essential screws for our beds, some of which were carelessly left in our hamper. - Property Damage: Our couch was broken during the process. - Omissions: A whole cabinet in the kitchen was completely missed. We informed the team that we had a house showing from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM while they took their lunch. Despite this, they returned and walked into the house during the showing, causing an unnecessary disruption. Do not recommend.

  I’ve never had such an unprofessional delivery of my household goods, and I’ve been through several moves. Not only did the movers fail to show up the day they were supposed to, they then didn’t apologize or acknowledge it; damaged and broke a significant number of items; and when I asked for them to set up furniture as they were required to do per the contract, they refused, complained, and left hurriedly. It seemed unprofessional and rude in a way I had never experienced before.

  Overall good experience getting my items delivered, the 2 guys who came were nice and helpful. A few of my items were mislabeled with the numbers from when it was packed up out of state but they were super helpful in helping me make sure everything that was itemized was actually there even though it was document incorrectly. (Not their fault).
