I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Prager Moving & Storage/Atlas. The move and delivery itself went fine, but getting a simple final paid invoice has been incredibly frustrating. My belongings were delivered on September 12, and despite multiple requests and follow-ups, I still have not received my final invoice after 18 days. I need this invoice to get reimbursed for my moving expenses through my employer, so this unnecessary delay is directly affecting me financially. After paying $7,416 for an interstate move, I should not have to repeatedly chase a company just to receive basic documentation for a service I already paid for. Good service does not end when the truck is unloaded. Billing and customer support are part of the service too, and unfortunately, my experience after delivery has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on the way my invoice request has been handled.

It has been almost two weeks since our furniture was delivered, and we still have not received our finalized invoice. We were told that the audit would be completed within two weeks, yet that timeframe is almost here and we still have not received the invoice. We hope Atlas Moving Company addresses this promptly and improves its communication and follow-up with customers.

Man this moving company is dangerous they were moving campus appartments and throwing full size couches off 2nd floor balconys without looking or thinking of pedestrians. They threw a couch on my vehicle that my employee just walked away from thankfully, and other people were near. The couch ended up landing on my car totalling it and causing $8,900 worth of damage. When I tried working with them to get it fixed they denied liability and offered a petty amount no where near the amount of my vehicle and hid i never got an apology they just laughed n smirked. I would highly recommend you find another company to help you they are not perfesional at all. They act entitled as hell and give zero bucks about the customer.

Caused damage in the neighborhood. Semi was driving down residential streets where he shouldn't be (his destination was no where near). He just drove off, had to chase him down about 5 blocks away.
