They did show up just about on time, lowered a couch from a second floor balcony like it was nothing without even scratching anything. They did an amazing job and the two movers I got worked super hard on the pickup and delivery. They were respectful of me as well as my possessions and they worked super hard. Finally, the price was awesome as well. Much lower than other quotes I received. I would recommend them 100% any day of the week. Thank you for such great service and for helping make something so stressful super easy. They are amazing. 5 stars for sure.

However, there were quite a few times where they dropped furniture because they were trying to take too much at once or didn't think about how to properly take it out from our patio and everything fell over. Left a lot of skid marks on our walls in our new house while taking the furniture inside. Furniture was damaged and certain parts were also missing. I called a month ago (a day or two after our move) to address this and was told I'd receive a call back. No call back. At this point, I've gotten replacement parts and tried to fix the damage on my own. Furniture is expensive. I paid good money for quality service and I provided generous tips. If I paid half of what the price was, I'd be ok with it and let it go. Not satisfied.

THEY went ABOVE and Beyond! From booking with Randy to the last item's placement at its FINAL destination, our Experience was PERFECT!! GOD BLESS them ALL!! They DESERVE A 10 STAR RATING!!
