  Hello, I've been here. George and the women are working very hard. The new employee, who I believe is named Brianna, gave me a thorough explanation of everything, which made me delighted and made me want to suggest this establishment for business. especially the woman I spoke of.

  I normally do not post, but I want this to be known to prevent future cases. Our current move they have screw up the size truck that my wife requested, gave us inexperience movers, and damage our items. They damage TWO of our TVs, when wanting to speak to manager they gave my wife the round around and even lied who she was speaking to. Then they put the blame on us for not informing what the invoice states of size truck. First of all, the SO-CALLED manager took the info wrong and then the COMPANY FAILED to call us prior to move to ensure all details were accurate. At the end the last we heard from them, the SO-CALLED manager told my wife "I JUST WORK HERE" disgusted we WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

  This review is long overdue, but I’ll give it, nonetheless. If you want a smooth move with a team that is helpful and responsive should you have any issues post move, this is NOT the moving company you should choose. My experience ( I imagine there are others that maybe haven’t written a review): The first set of movers showed up late and their lazy behinds were unapologetic with bad attitudes. I reported this to the company…they rescheduled and offered to throw in “free” wrapping for my items. I agreed, as I was in a time crunch after the screwup. The second crew was actually awesome and got my things moved quickly and they were very pleasant. However, one of the movers broke my very expensive desk which he did call out. He documented and told me to reach out to the head office. I did so right away and they sent someone out to review the damage for repairs. BUT, I never heard back. I reached out a few times and after months, Kristy, in particular, finally responded and asked if I knew we were in a pandemic?! Haha! I won’t even begin to express what I wanted to say to this two-but hustler, but I held my tongue. After more back and forth, she told me they won’t be doing jack else to help me because I didn’t purchase their protection…the protection (wrapping) which they threw in for my first inconvenience. *threw up hands*.!!! I hope this helps someone. SAVE YA MONEY. There are comparable alternatives! I used Wolley Movers and they were pretty good for 2 of the 3 trips. :-)

  We had a great experience with All Seasons Movers. We hired them to move us in August 2021 and they were available to accommodate us last minute. Their employees were very hardworking and efficient. We will definitely be using them in the future!
