  Bryce was the best! Really appreciate him and Jake’s work and professionalism. Super smooth process and were flexible with my shipment, communicated great, and did it quickly! Seriously the best!

  InterWest moved me cross-country. This is my 4th large move, and I never have had a poor experience. This was different. I discounted the fact that things that were to have been shipped to location A, ended up in location B. I paid them around 9K for the cross country move, and another 9K for 18 months storage. The goods arrived at my home in early October, 2021, and the first item off the truck was an utterly destroyed 1700s Queen Anne Dominican Mahogany table (see photo). I filed a claim, knowing the table could not be replaced, but there was a carpenter who could fix it for $1200. Well, Interwest offered me $60. for that table, because I checked the wrong box. What a joke. Clearly, no integrity locally at the Yellowstone Warehouse. READ THE FINE PRINT!

  A huge thanks to InterWest Moving & Storage. They moved a 15,000 lb. load for us and there was no damage to our goods or houses on either end. I am retired military. After eight duty stations over 21 years that included 12 moves (including six trans-Atlantic trips with all of my household goods), I'd say these guys are ranked in my top two for the way they treated my family's personal belongings. Furthermore, I have never seen anyone take as great of care of the houses themselves. They wrapped doors, door jams, and banisters with moving blankets and covered floors and stairs with mats to minimize tracked dirt or scrapes to our wood floors. It's worth noting that it was snowing very hard on the day of my delivery. The closest the movers were able to park the truck to my house was about 40 yards away. They kept everything wrapped in blankets and worked diligently to get everything to the house quickly in order to keep it all dry. For the one-star reviewers... moving is the pits. It never goes as well as you'd like. I have had things stolen, damage to antiques, and scuffs and scrapes to countless pieces of furniture. Worse, I had severe damage to a motorcycle during one of my overseas moves. Always keep in mind that these guys do this job day-in and day-out. It must get old and tiring moving heavy furniture. But the six guys that helped us remained cheerful and upbeat during the packing, loading, and unloading processes. I had a couple of pieces of bulky and heavy furniture but they moved them without complaint. Even at the end when I realized I'd mixed up a couple of mattresses between upstairs and down, they fixed my mistake without complaint. I'd specifically like to thank Caleb, Dara, Adrian, and Richard for the professional packing and loading jobs they did at the pickup location. And I'd like to thank Bryce, Drake, Adrian, and Richard for an excellent job at the end of the move. Guys, I think most anyone would be happy to have your help. Thanks InterWest!
