Hard working, kind, attentive with our things and even had our dog loving them. They knocked out the work in record time, placed everything just like we asked and didn't mind at all getting things just right for us. We will absolutely be coming back to Movers Direct in the future. Thanks James, Luke and Jesse!!

From booking and communication to the move itself-- everyone we interacted with was a consummate professional. We moved from Boston to Washington D.C. We worked with James, Andrew, and Eli who were friendly, efficient, and capable. They were all detail oriented and clearly tried to make the experience as smooth as they could. Our fragile items were handled with care, and everything was reassembled well. Our new home was treated with great respect. We also had an issue with our parking permits (with the city DPW) and while it was ultimately resolved easily, the crew was calm and accommodating throughout the process, reassuring me that they would complete the job regardless. I highly recommend this company, and was particularly pleased with our movers, James, Andrew and Eli. Would absolutely use them again. We are very grateful!
