  Amazing work! Reggie and Avery did a great job had a great time talk with them as they packed up. They did an excellent job of packing our items safely and with care.Highly recommend them!!!!!

  We had a wonderful experience with this moving company\! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful\. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care with all of our belongings. Everything was handled with care, and the move went much more smoothly than we expected. The movers were courteous, hardworking, and respectful of our home and our things. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable, professional movers. We would definitely use Suddath again.

  Unfortunately, Suddath was the only moving company available to me through my relocation program, so I had no real choice but to use their services. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not choose Suddath if I were personally hiring and paying for a moving company. My initial contact with Kathy Judson started positively, and at first I expected the relocation process to be well coordinated and supportive. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I ultimately received. Communication became one of the biggest problems. After my belongings went into storage, there was essentially no proactive communication or follow-up. I only heard from Kathy when I reached out myself, and even then, getting a response was often difficult. Several emails went unanswered, and responses frequently took more than 24–48 hours. For a relocation company responsible for someone's entire household, this level of communication and customer support is unacceptable. The packing and loading team at the origin was one of the few positive parts of the experience. The driver and crew were friendly and worked very hard throughout the two-day packing and loading process. However, even that process had problems. Several outdoor belongings were nearly forgotten and had to be packed at the very last minute. More importantly, one of my kitchen cabinets was completely overlooked, which meant some of my kitchen belongings were never packed by Suddath at all. Considering that the purpose of hiring a professional moving company is to ensure the entire household is properly packed and accounted for, this should not have happened. The delivery experience was by far the worst part of the move. The delivery truck driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. After arriving and parking the truck, he left the property while the rest of the crew completed the unloading. Based on comments from crew members, I understood that he had left to go to another job. Once the unloading was completed, the entire crew left, yet the moving truck remained parked at my property for hours. The driver did not return until later in the evening to finally remove the truck. Even more concerning, the driver ultimately left without completing or obtaining the required signatures on the delivery paperwork. The entire situation felt disorganized, poorly managed, and completely unprofessional. For a company handling corporate relocations, I expected significantly better coordination, communication, accountability, and customer service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, missed belongings during packing, an extremely unprofessional delivery driver, and a delivery process that appeared to lack basic oversight. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. If I had been given a choice of moving companies, I would not have selected Suddath. After this experience, if I ever need to personally hire a moving company in the future, Suddath would not be considered or recommended.
