We had shuttle number 138 on 4th of July in chamblee this lady literally made everyone wait over an hour and then picked up a bunch of people from the back of the line. Absolutely unprofessional and awful then she took another 30 minutes to come back only to completely load up the bus unsafely. People were standing on top of each other just because she wanted to finish up at 11:00 but she didn't come but twice the entire time

No Stars!!! Maybe one. I work for county and county uses this service. I shouldn’t have to use any other means. Bus got here and hour late. Had already called dispatch twice and got the “canned” response “ It’s on the way” Dispatch said traffic heavy and driver who apologized said she was waiting for a bus. SMH

Clayco construction contracts these buses out to shuttle us to work and back. On our lunch the bus is never on time and we are threatened with our jobs just trying to go to lunch...some drivers are good but most are inconsistent and don't care about our time and us making it too lunch..They really have poor service

We had a wonderful trip to Pennsylvania last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a relaxing and memorable getaway, and we truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We have used MTI for several trips and each time we have been pleased with their service. This past weekend we took a 4 day trip to Kentucky and,
once again, our transportation was outstanding. The bus was nice and clean, and our driver, Otis, was exceptional. He was kind, professional, and took amazing care to get us to our destination and back safely. I recommend MTI for all of your transportation needs. Thank you again, MTI, for another great trip!

MTI Limo and Shuttle Services maintains a uniform dress code. Your chauffeur will be dressed in a black suit, white dress shirt, black dress shoes, and tie. Other MTI employees wear a white shirt, black tie, black slacks, black shoes and socks, along with a company name tag for shuttle drivers.

Road, traffic, and weather conditions remain outside company and service provider control.
