  One of their drivers walked out of their bus and left several bags of trash in front of my home. Got the whole thing on video. I called the company and spoke to Ms. Bradfield who said someone would come pick it up. Of course it’s still sitting there. Trashy company - would not hire or recommend to anyone. Don’t support if you care about your community and being a decent person .

  My job uses this company, and unfortunately, the service is consistently unreliable. The shuttles are supposed to run every 15 minutes, but they rarely stick to the schedule. Dispatch will say a shuttle is coming, but it often doesn't arrive until another 10–15 minutes later. The biggest issue is that drivers will wait until the shuttle is completely full before leaving one location, then drive past the other pickup locations unable to take additional passengers because they're already at capacity. Those of us waiting are left behind, and then the same cycle repeats with the next shuttle. I should not have to arrive nearly an hour early just to make it to work on time when the shuttle is supposed to run every 15 minutes. Employees depend on this service to get to work, so reliability and proper scheduling should be a priority. I truly wish my employer would find another transportation company because this has been an ongoing and extremely frustrating experience.

  This shuttle service is so GHETTO!!! It’s NEVER air on the shuttle some of the drivers are rude and nasty. Why would you put a shuttle in service when there is no air. The shuttle is never on schedule and we have to wait in the hot sun and so many shuttles ride pass and it can be empty and will not pick us up it’s 100 degrees on the shuttle. It’s cooler outside than on the bus. What an embarrassment for a so called company.

  I contracted with MTI for an Atlanta tour for my family reunion. I received immediate response after submitting the form on-line for a quote. The payment process was easy and secure with an on-line payment link. Our driver Dwayne was on-time and very personable. Dwayne ensured we arrived at our 2 stops safely and was intentional about drop-off locations for our senior family members.
