This past weekend we took a 4 day trip to Kentucky and, once again, our transportation was outstanding. The bus was nice and clean, and our driver, Otis, was exceptional. Road, traffic, and weather conditions remain outside company and service provider control. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals resulting from traffic, poor road conditions, or other circumstances beyond company or service provider control. MTI Limo and Shuttle Services maintains final authority on weather-related safety decisions and will cancel service when necessary.
