They Were very courteous and respectful, not only to us but our property. Your company goes above and beyond anything I have ever seen in my moving experiences. I reached out to the sales guy and he referred me to someone in the office named Dawn. After reviewing the time, she determined that they overcharged me by $165. She said I would be receiving a refund in the mail. They never addressed the workout equipment, which was just a few floor mats, but still. And the check was never sent out, even after confirming the correct address. I have reached out several times to both Dawn and the sales person I worked with with no response.
