  I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company that has caused me to take my business elsewhere. I called ahead of time to get a quote for a ride. The dispatcher clearly told me the price would be $22. This conversation was on speakerphone with three witnesses present who can confirm what was said. On the actual day of the ride, I was suddenly informed that the trip was 22 miles and the price had jumped to $55 — an increase of $33 with no explanation or prior notice. More than an Uber or Lyft! Why would I call to inquire of how many miles it would be?! I have Google maps for that! This last-minute change forced me to call my terminally ill sister out of bed at 7:00 a.m. to help resolve the situation, which was completely unacceptable. Pricing should be transparent and consistent. Quoting one price and then significantly increasing it on the day of service is poor business practice. As a frequent customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, this experience has lost them my frequent flyer business for good. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

  If your primary concern is a clean vehicle and courteous drivers, this service may meet your expectations. However, if reliability and punctuality are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering another option. Our experience was disappointing on multiple fronts. For a scheduled 6:00 AM airport pickup, the driver arrived late (over 20 min), creating unnecessary stress at the start of our trip. Unfortunately, the issues continued on our return. Despite being told they monitor incoming flights and stage drivers accordingly, we were left waiting for over 45 minutes, outside, after we got to the pick-up location. When we contacted the company, we were told the delay was due to construction traffic. This explanation did not align with the conditions at the time (as verified by satellite traffic mapping systems)—traffic was minimal, and we observed no delays along the route ourselves. The lack of a clear or credible explanation, combined with no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience, was particularly frustrating. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism and reliability that would make me hesitant to use this service again.

  I have been a customer of SMOOTH CONNECTION for over two years. This is a reputable company that have professional Drivers to drive you to wherever you need to go; such as a Doctor's Appointment, The Airport, The Hospital, or even a Grocery Store. Call in advance and talk to Dawn or her partner about your needs and details as to , when you need a Driver, the time frame , etc. Their prices are more than fair! Their vehicles are well maintained , clean and roomy. The Drivers are courteous, conscientious and give you top notch care. They make sure your ride is comfortable and to your liking. I am a repeat customer and am truly thankful that SMOOTH CONNECTION exists! Nancy AT
