  My employer contracted with Suddath to pack, move, and unpack/put away for my move. The packing and moving process went smoothly despite setbacks such as the semi truck not fitting on our street. Roberto our driver orchestrated everything with professionalism and genuine friendliness. We felt happy with the job until the unpacking. Suddath did not communicate to Roberto that unpacking and putting away was to be booked. Despite that, he arranged some someone to come the next day. He also stayed and assembled some furniture for me. The job was not properly communicated to the person who came to unpack and put things away the next day. She was told to just remove the company's boxes. To her credit, she did try to put some things away and stayed an hour past what the company had asked of her. Giving a single person 4 hour to unbox, flatten all boxes, and put away everything for a 4 bedroom house is insufficient and just silly. In her understandable rush, nothing was put away properly but rather crammed illogically into random places. Everything that she touched had to be moved again and organized. This was a hassel in my case being due for surgery and a high delivery in a few weeks and restricted from lifting more than 5lb. I still rate 4/5 due mostly to the shipping and handling by Roberto going so smoothly. One one lamp was dented and a few screws from a weight set were lost. Not bad all things considered. The downfall of Suddath is the lack of thorough communication to its drivers and staff about actual services booked. No one from Suddath confirmed an unpacking/putting away staff was coming or checked to see if they had satisfied the ordered service.

  Naldo, Jose, and Jordan did an excellent job packing my items. They were careful, considerate, and asked several questions about my preferences throughout the process. They took special care with my high-value items and offered guidance on how to better store are care for my things. It was a quick and easy experience working with them.

  The moving truck and black car created unnecessary delays by parking unattended at the gas pumps during a busy rush hour period, blocking access for other customers who needed to fuel their vehicles. As a result, I waited more than 13 minutes just to get to a pump. A little consideration for others goes a long way. Please do better. 🤨

They were incredibly professional, hardworking, respectful, and efficient throughout the entire process. They handled my belongings with great care and made sure everything was moved safely and properly. Their positive attitudes, teamwork, and dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out.   We had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the whole process. They handled everything carefully, including the full packing service, loading the truck, transportation to our new city, and unloading at the destination.
