  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Helping Hand Movers Naples. From the first phone call with Johnny for the quote, everything was clear, professional, and easy. Johnny even called the night before to confirm we were all set, which we really appreciated. Our movers, Dan and Ross, were fantastic. Ross called 15 minutes before arrival, and they showed up right on time. They were kind, careful, professional, and treated all of our things with so much care. Nothing was broken, scratched, bent, or damaged at all. The owner even called afterward to make sure everything went well and to review the invoice, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and easy. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

  I cannot say enough good things about Helping Hand Movers Naples. From start to finish, this was one of the best service experiences I have had with any company, moving-related or otherwise. Johnny handled the original quote while I was on the phone with him, and right away he was kind, helpful, and extremely clear. He took the time to understand exactly what we were moving, looked through the details and photos, and made the whole quote process feel easy and fair. This quote was almost exactly what the final bill ended up being. He also called the night before to confirm everything was still set for the move, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. On moving day, Dan and Ross were our movers, and they were absolutely excellent. Ross called about 15 minutes before the 11:00 AM appointment to let us know they were on the way, and they showed up literally about 60 seconds before the scheduled arrival time. That level of punctuality was impressive, especially on a moving day when timing matters so much. Dan and Ross were incredibly kind, professional, careful, and respectful the entire time. They treated our furniture, TVs, glass pieces, paintings, and everything else with real care. Not a single item was broken, bent, scratched, nicked, or damaged in any way. Everything arrived exactly as it should have. I never once felt like they were rushing carelessly or treating our things like “just another job.” They were gentle, efficient, and very easy to work with. Honestly, I felt so comfortable with them that I left them at the original place to keep finishing up while I went over to the new place to get things ready. I do not think I have ever felt that relaxed during a move before. Moving is usually stressful, but this team made it feel calm and organized. What really stood out too was the follow-up afterward. The owner personally called after the move to make sure everything went well and to go over the invoice with me to make sure everything sounded correct. That says a lot about the way this company operates. They clearly care about the customer experience, not just getting the job done and moving on. I never thought I would be this impressed by a moving company, but Helping Hand Movers Naples genuinely exceeded every expectation. The communication, pricing, punctuality, professionalism, care, and follow-up were all excellent. Johnny, Dan, Ross, and the owner all made us feel like we were in very good hands from beginning to end. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers in Southwest Florida. This is the kind of local company you hope you are hiring when you book a service. Don’t waste your time calling any other moving company.

  Excellent moving company. Very impressed with the two movers assigned to move my furniture from one condo to another. They were thorough,, careful, safe and kind! I recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent movers!!

  All I can say is WOW! From the very first phone call with Johnny, Helping Hands Movers were totally amazing. In this day and age to have a REAL person answer a company line and handle scheduling so professionally is incredible! Johnny scheduled us on our timeline (which was tight) and had 4 guys (Sean, Steve, Andy and Harold) out to the office at 9 a.m. sharp. And when I tell you how nice and professional these guys were - they were the best! They knocked out our job in half the time that was allotted and never stopped working at full speed. Everyone at the office was amazed and wanted their number for future services. We will DEFINITELY be calling Helping Hands Movers again in the future. We couldn’t have asked for any better service!
