5/20/2026 Unfortunately I cannot tell the same experience you all have with A Mother's Touch Movers. Despite I specifically told -Heather- moving will be to a Storage unit, 1st floor, 13 miles distance for only 24 pre-boxed small boxes, one small bicycle machine, one night stand, one queen bed (they put plastic over), THAT WAS ALL. No wrapping involved! They took whole nine-yard advantage of me and made profit. Deceitful practices started from start to end, time they called me they arrived at Patrick SFB gate, they never showed up, I called their phone to inquire what is going on, they were unreachable, I was put on gobble sound. I called office, Heather told me she cannot reach them either. Okay! After 35 minutes, Patrick security called, they cannot recognize my military ID, wanted my ID number, my SSN (did not give), was told to be at gate, I had to drive 3 miles to gate to provide my military ID to sponsor three movers & truck to get in. Additional wait time at gate I waited official to make a copy of three guys' DLs on hard paper copy and scan my military ID for each. Then, they disappeared on Base, they were ahead of me, then nowhere to be found. I called office, Heather telling me GPS on Base, this is monkey game. They arrived. One mover almost did nothing with a tablet in his hand, two guys put items in truck in less than 30 minutes, before they left, they broke my front door security lock, what the hell was that, making my residence easily accessible despite I expressed there are daily trespass to my place. finally, they turned around charged me $761.81 shamelessly telling they will charge extra hour for the time of waiting at gate, if so why they never called me to inform, move should start when started, end when they ended, they played games, made their phone unreachable, when all move completed in less than an hour, I called office to inquire why they sent three movers for this small move to 13 miles distance, no answer, I inquired why extra hour charge for their waiting at gate, they would not reimburse, their answer "was it their fault if they had to wait at gate", This sort of answer none of you, who wrote compliments, would wanted to hear, !they chose to be deceptive to me just because I skipped pre-visit estimate, assumed they would be honest for this such a small move, but movers did this to me after I was fair and nice to them giving each refrigerated big Fiji bottled waters and $10 tip each total $30. I was fair but they were deceptive. I will not recommend this moving company who found a way to profit from senior female, Federal Retiree, military widow, living alone, charging me outrageous cost then not being honest, not showing it on invoice, the deceit.
