  I wanted to compliment, Steve Henry and Tommy on their professional move for our family. They were professional organized helped us with packing and they worked diligently nonstop. We had 100-year-old Piano that impact everything up professionally I would definitely recommend.

  Update: emailed the emails listed below with no response. It appears the communication breakdown is top down. We were told today that they listed the job in April. We have spoke to them several times and asked if they put a bid out and never got a straight answer. It feels highly dishonest that after 5+ attempts to understand our move this was the first time it was mentioned. We still don’t have a driver and no estimated delivery date. Stay tuned…. Update: it’s been over a week that they have picked up our household goods. There is no date of expected delivery. Many attempts are met with a voice mail or an agreement they will call back… which they don’t. Military families beware if they give you this company. I’ll continue to update as this progresses or doesn’t. Our paperwork with requested arrival date was submitted several months ago when we got orders. After picking up our household goods last week we have struggled to get straight answers on when our household goods will even get a driver or if they are doing their part to try and secure one. When asked questions we were given answers that weren’t applicable to our situation. It has been a very weird and frustrating exchange.

  Unfortunately, this one star review is solely due to the employee’s attitude and behavior. I was left waiting for a long time without any attention or even a simple apology. When she finally addressed me, her manner was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy and respect. The issue was not the wait itself, but the way I was treated, which made the entire experience unacceptable. Respect is the foundation of good customer service, and what I experienced showed no appreciation for customers whatsoever. A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  We’ve moved with Suddath a lot and always had a so so experience. This time we had Chris who was there on packing day, load in day, he drove the truck to our new destination and helped with the unload. He made the experience ten times better than ever! Highly recommend!
