  I am writing this review to document my experience after submittng my information to Americas Family Moving & Storage, website on July 6. Prior to submitting my contact information to this company, I was not receiving unsolicited sales calls regarding my upcoming move. Immediately after submitting my details to this company, my contact information was distributed to numerous third parties. Over the course of the following three days, I received over 45 unsolicited and harassing calls from various entities referencing my move, often from multiple phone numbers associated with the same companies. Regardless of whether they classify themselves as a broker or a carrier, my direct experience was an immediate, overwhelming surge of harassment that only began after I entered my data into their specific form. I have attached screenshots of my correspondence with the company for transparency show how unprofessional my interaction was with the business owner of this company. I caution other consumers to be aware that their contact information may be shared with a wide network of third-party solicitors immediately upon submission.

  Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. Broke my valuables and was inconsistent with timing, pricing, and communication. They also lost one of my boxes. If anyone reads this, do not use this place. Thank you

  They took my money via direct debit and are not replying. The movers they outsourced my job to ended up moving my stuff in an open storage and are not delivering the goods to Texas from NJ! It’s been 3 weeks and I can track the goods still in NJ! Nightmare experience trusting companies like this. I don’t know what else to do anymore!!!!

  Total bait and switch SCAM. They will quote you a reasonable price. Force you to pay a deposit in the area of $1000 by check (so it is difficult to get back) then a week before your move they will “discover” the estimate is off and double or even triple the cost and require AC additional $2000 deposit. If you act concerned then suddenly they get mean and threaten to put your move on hold. They can’t cancel out they would have to refund you. Do not fall for this SCAM!

  Lee, Jimmy,& Alex were awesome! They are extremely efficient, fast, and friendly. I’ve never seen people work that hard for 8 hrs. Walter was pretty fantastic on the phone too! They told me they were magic- and they were right! Thank you guys!
