- JKJohn KJul 1, 20261.0I cannot express how strongly you should avoid this company. The day before my trip, the owner called me to tell me he needed to increase the price by more than $1,000. He claimed he was unaware of the destination specifics, but the two of us went back-and-forth on pricing and addresses for several days (we even iterated on if certain locations would be more or less expensive). He was clearly aware of the specifics and thought I had no chance to find a new means of transportation with less than 24hrs. This business is predatory and you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I probably had the least amount of communication with them since I didn’t actually take the shuttle, but our guests said the driver was super nice and only shared positive remarks.

I worked with Patti and a gentleman (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) but they were soooo nice and efficient. Their prices are definitely worth it! We reserved their BMW Sprinter and our driver was AWESOME! The sprinter was clean, drinks were stocked up, full of ice, and it was just a beautiful time and ride! I will definitely use them again in the future.

The third time I called, an employee promised to call me back in 20 minutes. I waited over an hour and no one called me back. I just wanted a ride to the airport. Horrible service. They just avoid phone calls. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!
