  Have never seen so much unprofessionalism in a company. To treat an employee of over 10 years is atrocious and i know the business wont stay afloat without his brawn and brain. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Vangard out of Shelton in Ct. Mike and Dave will lie to get your business and you wont hear from them again.

  Don’t use for moves out of state. They are friendly when they book the business and doing the packing. However, what they don’t tell you is that the actual transport and delivery is not done by them. They went complete radio silence once our goods were picked up and we have had huge problems on getting the delivery. They completely abandoned us!! I wouldn’t have booked them if I knew they only cared about the pickup but not the transport or delivery.

  This would have been 5 stars had they handled the damages appropriately. Although in the grand scheme of things our damages were minor, it took constant reminders and emails to get things rectified. Patio table glass was broken, took 7 months to be fixed and when it came back, it was anything but "replacement" and poorly done. So disappointing after a good experience with the overall move. Realistically, things do get broken/damaged in moves, but how this is resolved is a critical component of the whole process. Think about this when planning your move.

  The company is dedicated to maintaining their reputation. If you have any issues they do their best to ensure problems are resolved.
