  We’ve used Broncos Moving several times and this latest time was the most challenging and the best yet. We are moving across the country and they helped pack our entire four bedroom house flawlessly. Chris and Rich worked great together and took away my stress right from the start. Could not recommend these two more.

  Dre and Derek are the best in the biz. Went way out of there way to make sure everything was done quickly and handled with care. Had zero issues ⭐️ they even made extra stops for us outside of our time to make sure we had everything handled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Logan and Derek were prompt, professional, and polite. They took care wrapping all my furniture in plastic and blankets before moving it onto the truck. The whole process was very efficient. The gentleman that helped me over the phone when I scheduled my move was also very polite and pleasant. Moving sucks, but Bronco Moving certainly helped make the process much easier. Thank you!

  Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Bronco Moving. Several items and walls were damaged in our home. The movers admitted to improper use of a moving strap that caused drywall damage to our wall. They claim to hire experienced, clean cut movers, but the mover who used the moving equipment improperly admitted this was his first day with Bronco Moving. It seemed irresponsible to put workers out in the field for a big move like this without formal training or assurance they can use standard moving equipment properly. Management was uncooperative in finding a resolution. We purchased the insurance plan through them prior to the start of the move and seems this was an additional way for them to gain further profit. Upon inquiry of why they would not cover drywall damage, the management team informed us it was not significant enough for them to cover it. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience with this company.

  I would not recommend this moving company. From start to finish, they failed to follow through on what they said they would do. The most disappointing part was the condition of our furniture after the move. One piece was damaged so severely that it became a safety concern, not just a cosmetic issue. Despite the seriousness of the damage, no one on the moving crew acknowledged it or brought it to our attention. And honestly, I liked the 2 guys that were doing the move, but they removed screws from the small beams that hold the slats for the king size bed. These screws cannot be removed, they realized that when they couldn't put it back together and instead of showing integrity and telling us, they just laid out the support beams on the ground where they would go and said they were done. After the move, we contacted the company to report what had happened. We were told to send photos and all the details, which we did promptly. After that, we never heard back. No follow-up, no apology, and no attempt to address the situation. Accidents can happen during a move, but how a company responds afterward says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, this company showed no accountability and did not stand behind its work. If you're looking for a moving company that communicates, takes responsibility, and values its customers, I would look elsewhere.
