  Had a stressful experience feel like a breeze with the hard work of Kevin, Rich, & Mohamed. They were on time, communicative, and polite. Made lifting all the heavy stuff disappear and were spot on with timing. I really enjoyed their presence and felt extremely comfortable with them. Great guys—great service!

  Highly recommend. Great experience. No issues. Kevin and Noah were timely and very professional. I was on the third floor, so they put in work! And Had all the extra goodies to make my move seamless. Like blankets, dollys, straps, clear wrap, and heavy duty tape. Nothing got broken or damaged. I moved out of a 1 bed 1 bath around 800 sq ft and took exactly 3 hours total to move from one location to the next!

  Recently hired Bronco Moving to help me with a move to a new apartment, Kevin and Theo did a great job with everything and were efficient throughout the process. It was my first time utilizing a local moving company so I was a bit nervous at first but I would certainly consider Bronco Moving in the future and would recommend them to others as well!

  Not only did Bronco come through for me at the last minute, they sent me the two best movers I could've possibly hoped for! Chris and Noah were amazing. Friendly, respectful, professional, and efficient. They handled 100% of my belongings carefully and thoughtfully. I will request them by name for any future moving needs. Highly recommend Bronco 🙂

  I’m disappointed with our experience and would not use or recommend this company, particularly for anyone with a custom or high-end home. The crew was clean, friendly and communicated well, which makes this outcome even more disappointing. We had just refinished our hardwood floors and hired this company specifically to move our furniture back into the house. Before they moved our refrigerator, I explicitly told the movers that if they were not confident they could move it without damaging the floors, I did not want them to move it. I made it very clear that protecting the newly refinished floors was my priority. Unfortunately, they moved it anyway and left more than 5 feet of deep scratches across our newly refinished hardwood floors. The damage was significant enough that we had to pay a substantial amount out of pocket to have the floors repaired. We submitted a claim, only to learn that based on the wording in their contract, they are denying responsibility for the damage. Regardless of what their contract allows them to disclaim, the reality is that their movers caused significant damage to brand-new, professionally refinished floors after I specifically expressed concern about this exact thing happening. This company came highly recommended in the Pradera community, which is why we trusted them in the first place. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to that reputation. If you have a custom home, newly finished surfaces, or anything that requires an especially high level of care, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
