  I would recommend to use someone else. The thought process of them packing made no sense. I’ve read the reviews from previous customers and that was the number one compliant. I had no choice in the matter as the relocation specialist organised it. They packed stuffed from the kitchen with the office items and when it comes to plugs and wires it would be packed in something else. They did not packed items together. So, unpacking was a nightmare!!!!

  We were dreading our move overseas and all the logistics involved, but Golden Van Lines and their stellar moving team changed all of that. They were Efficient, Professional and Friendly! Marco and his team worked diligently and immediately put us at ease with their friendly and encouraging manner. I would highly recommend Golden Van Lines to anyone!

  I had a very concerning experience with Golden Van Lines on Friday, March 27, 2026. During a tenant move-out at my building, their crew blocked hallways and entrances with boxes, creating clear safety and fire hazards. Secured access gates were also left open and unattended for extended periods, which is a serious security risk and could allow unauthorized individuals into the building. When I attempted to address these issues, one employee responded in an aggressive and dismissive manner, stating he had “been doing this for over 20 years” and that I could “call the police” if I had a problem. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I removed myself from the situation, yet a police officer was still called to follow up. I contacted Golden Van Lines directly on Friday to report this and have received no response. For a company that advertises itself as women-owned, I would have expected a much higher level of accountability, professionalism, and basic follow-through. Unsafe practices, hostile behavior, and no response from the company is not a good combination. I strongly suggest improvements in both crew conduct and operational standards.

  Kevin and crew were absolutely amazing with our recent commercial office and lab space move. Kevin was super responsive and helpful prior to the actual move -- supplying totes, electronic safe shielding, and coming to our business multiple times to ensure a seamless move. His team the day of moving were equally as amazing, disassembling any large equipment and reassembling at the new office. To top it off, the pricing they give is incredible. Moving is never fun, but the Golden team made it as good of a move as ever! Hopefully we won't need to move our lab again, but if we do, Kevin is the guy.

  In my 55 years on this planet, with 8 prior moves under my belt, I have NEVER had a better moving experience. The Golden Van Lines crew was outstanding. Kevin, Manny, Manuel, Enrique, and especially Jorge were all enthusiastic, polite, worked hard and treated my home like it was their home. Communication was outstanding – if the team didn't know where something went, they'd ask... I'd let them know and they'd take care of it right away. Honestly, it was unbelievable. They were all awesome. And they were fast! It was a really complicated move, with multiple houses and storage units involved and it only took two full days! I can't thank Todd and John enough – if you're reading this and you need a company that you can depend on to do a great job with ZERO hassles then I highly, highly, highly recommend Golden Van Lines!
