  Fake reviews on Google and this one is the only real one. As a proof I added our contract so you can see I had their so called service! Reviews you see here are mostly fake because they don't have a customer service and Ali, the owner / manager, is very rude. I wrote a review a month ago and they replied with a bunch of lies so I edited it but suspiciously my review never got online again so I’m writing this one. You can see my previous review in the pictures. They crushed my boxes which had fragile stickers on every side. You can see in the pictures. They are very unprofessional, they are careless about fragile boxes and they stole / lost my expensive items (Play Station 5 - $650 and Ninja Crispi Air Fryer - $150). They don’t have a professional team. We moved from Denver to Ohio about 2 months ago. I told the driver (and two random guys drivers hired) to unload the truck to put the Playstation to the first floor 3 times. I had my 4 months old baby on my arms so I couldn’t check what 3 guys doing. Ali called me and said driver was %100 percent sure he delivered it and they put it in the garage. Which is another lie, I even told him to come and search the house. I’m guessing either one of them stole the playstation or the driver took it to the next house he was delivering since he offered me their vacuum cleaner. They do not even check the stuff they deliver. Those 2 random guys were complaining to the driver the whole time about their arrangement. They were saying they did not agree to this (I’m guessing they were talking about the furniture they had to carry). They do not care for negative reviews since Ali is taking them down.   Ali was so incredibly helpful. We rented a Penske truck from him for our move out of state and we could not have felt more comfortable. He gave us a walk through of the truck and explained everything in detail to us. We would highly recommend renting from him and his team!
