  Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish — and it still isn’t resolved. The manager is completely absent. He is never in the office, refuses to speak with me directly despite multiple requests, and all communication is filtered through Jennifer. While Jennifer has been kind and genuinely tries to help, she clearly does not have the authority to resolve anything, leaving customers stuck in endless limbo with no real decision-maker. My mother passed away and had fallen behind on payments. While they initially worked with me on adjusting the balance, the pickup process has been an absolute nightmare. I have been chasing this company for nearly two weeks just to get a confirmed pickup date. The manager insisted that payment be made by cashier’s check — which is fine — but then demanded that it be mailed so it can “clear,” which makes no sense since cashier’s checks are already guaranteed funds. This added unnecessary delays for no legitimate reason. Calls are not returned. Follow-ups go unanswered. Nothing gets resolved unless you relentlessly chase them — and even then, there are constant excuses and shifting requirements. What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of empathy or urgency from management, even knowing the circumstances surrounding my mother’s passing. Instead of compassion or professionalism, I’ve been met with unnecessary roadblocks during one of the hardest moments of my life. This company added avoidable stress, wasted time, and emotional exhaustion to an already painful situation. Poor leadership, broken communication, and zero accountability. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business here — especially if your situation is time-sensitive or emotionally sensitive in any way.

  Stay clear of this shipping company! I am Very surprised they even have a rating of 3.4. We moved our house goods with this company a couple of months ago. I’ve been trying to get into contact with someone to resolve an issue I see multiple people have had as well. The works wrote down discrepancies for every single item within my home, mind you everything in my home was brand new! I had Three workers on the day of my move. One man was in our garage, another in our kitchen/downstairs, & a women up stairs. They were very unprofessional asking for beers & commenting on mine and my husbands items. One of the men, instead of asking for help moved our 6 drawer dresser by himself from upstairs, down a flight of stairs, through the garage & into the shipping truck. The women, Ashley B. was the worker writing our inventory down. She made annotations on items she did not pack nor even seen with her own two eyes. She also went against protocol and had one of the men pack our bathroom items with our kitchen items, the men informed her that it could not be packed with the kitchen items and she continued to advise him to pack it. I am now trying to process our claims for a refund and I cannot do so because everything on our list had discrepancies that were not even there. Never once did any of the workers run through the paperwork and inform us of what everything means. I feel as if we were bamboozled & the company will not take any responsibility. This company deserves a 0 star rating.

  If I could take stars away I would these ppl are horrible first I had to pay for 4 hours and they were only their for two they didnt care about our stuff and they just dumped it in the living room and left and one guy was so fat he could barley Carey anything in the door
