  First time riding in an uber and I gotta say; best driver ever! Super open, fun to talk to and approachable! Also a safe driver!! Mike made my trip more memorable and fun! 100/10 recommend Mike the driver for all and or any transportation! I literally cannot recommend him enough! He is super awesome!

  My wife and I had just finished an amazing Joshua Tree tour in Palm Springs and returned to the welcome center, where we tried to get a Lyft or Uber. Unfortunately, neither service was available to pick us up. The woman at the welcome center recommended Trypps, and we are so glad she did. I called and spoke with Mike, who explained that he was dropping off another client and would be able to pick us up within about 50 minutes. When Mike arrived, he immediately went above and beyond. He even stopped by a store so we could pick up snacks and supplies for the next four days of our trip. Along the way, he shared great recommendations and helpful information about things to see and do while visiting the area. When it was time for us to leave, I reached out to Mike to see if he was available for our ride to the airport. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Mike is the kind of person who truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend Trypps to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area. When we return, Mike will absolutely be our first choice for transportation.
