  I recently used NorthStar. I am disappointed and angry with the low quality of the move given how expensive and highly rated NorthStar is. This move did not match the astronomical price tag ($2000+) nor did I have the positive experience represented on NorthStar's public reviews. I feel duped and taken advantage of. My sofa was broken, some my shoes were destroyed because they were haphazardly thrown into a box, some of my kitchen seasonings were packed properly while others were not resulting in those packed poorly spilling over and me having to throw out nearly $100 worth of seasonings, my living room TV stand is broken, and the movers mislabeled boxes and made unpacking hard and confusing. For example, boxes were labeled "Bedroom," but had kitchen supplies in them. Lastly, hardware was missing from one of my beds, so I can't assemble or sell the bed.

  NorthStar Moving has exceeded my expectations not once but multiple times... and not just for my family but for several friends and family members I have referred who have gone on to hire NorthStar Moving again and again like myself, each still receiving the best service you can imagine. It is outstanding how they maintain such a culture of service and care minded people. Thank you NorthStar Moving for all of your dedicated service that has helped me and so many people I care about have a successful move!

  Mike, Brandon, and Agustine did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier with the service. Everything got here quickly and undamaged. Plus, they were really fun to talk to as well! We’d use them again anytime we move. - Pelly and Viv

  Do not use them. I had my furniture stored with them for 8 months. Then when it came time to move the storage room to my apartment it took them months to get back to me about a move out date. As I'm writing this I'm still waiting for a call back to schedule the move even though they said they would for sure call me two days ago. I'm wondering if they just lost my stuff and won't admit to it. They're also very expensive. Avoid them!

  Great experience! From the first phone call to book, to the move itself, to the friendly followup call after, North Star Moving Company really met and even exceeded my expectations! The movers called the day before to confirm their appointment, were on time (even a few mins early) on the day of the move and they had great attitudes the whole time. We had them for 9 hours, and they helped make our move from LA to Temecula much easier. I highly recommend them!
