  We recently sold our VOC townhouse and quickly had to store some valuable Chinese furniture. We contacted North Desert Movers. Adrian came out the next day to review our situation.. He was very professional and said North Desert could special pack the valuable items. He provided a per hour $ price ( which was competitive with other movers in the Verde Valley). Adrian was detailed and provided good explanations (but was not pushy). We were impressed with Adrian and Lori the office manager (lori was cherful and pleasant and had great communication and follow-up) Today the North Desert team of Pablo and Malik did the move. Pablo and Malik were very experienced and extremely nice guys. They did an excellent job wrapping the Chinese items and carefully securing them in the North Desert truck for safe transport to storage. (the truck was large and very clean). Malik and Pablo work extremly hard and fast (which we appreciated given the hourly rate). They effeciently arranged the furniture in the 10 x 15 climate controled storage unit (making everything fit). They organized the items so boxes most needed would be more easily accessible. They made an aisle in the unit to enable us to get to the needed boxes - plus positioned the boxes where the labels were visable for identification. Very impressive. Malik and Pablo were great - very knowledge, considerate and nice to be around. We highly recommend North Desert Moveing - the entire team was excellent.   This company was very professional. They communicated very well. They were finished before the estimated time. They went out of their way to help the customer who was a senior, 97 years old. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their prices were good and even offered a senior discount.

  These guys were a total save. Adrien showed up in under 20 minutes and handled a super heavy dresser like it was no big deal. Quick, careful, and just genuinely kind humans. No stress, no awkwardness, just smooth execution. Would 100% call them again.

  I have used Adrian and his crew 3 times in the last 5 years and they always deliver! Literally. I highly recommend North Desert Moving. They are super organized and fast, taking extra care to move your belongings safely and efficiently. Don't forget to tip the movers!
