- VAVanessa AmundsonOct 8, 20265.0The two gentlemen who moved us were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Frank and Alphonso. Thank you!
- ABAnn Ballard BryanSep 24, 20265.0Way above and beyond the call of duty.
- AEAmanda EdwardsSep 18, 20265.0Movers arrived on time and worked quickly, carefully and efficiently! Movers were so nice and so patient!
- PBPeggy BryantSep 16, 20265.0Moving cross country is really stressful, but this Company made it extremely easy! From start to finish, the crew was fantastic and unloading to our new home was as promised. From the CEO to all the moving staff, KUDOS! They arrived in Arizona during a monsoon but kept on coming without delay. We support them 100%!
- ASAllen SniderAug 30, 20261.0We hired Elite Movers for a residential move on May 29, 2026. The crew arrived more than two hours behind schedule. During the move, they handled a separate refrigerator carelessly, creating a substantial mess across the floors and entryways. More critically, the movers caused deep cosmetic scratches across both the middle flex drawer and the bottom freezer door of our stainless steel refrigerator. When we pointed out the damage and requested written assurance for the repairs before finalizing payment, the on-site mover called his supervisor. Management insisted that we "close out the job" and pay the full balance on the spot, verbally promising that the company would take care of replacing the damaged doors afterward. Since paying in full, our repeated attempts to reach management by phone have led no where (originally were told the doors are ordered but backordered by the manufacturer) and now have gone completely unanswered. The company has not provided reimbursement or followed up on their commitment to resolve the property damage. Photos of the damaged refrigerator doors taken immediately after delivery are attached.
