  ​We hired Elite Movers for a residential move on May 29, 2026. The crew arrived more than two hours behind schedule. During the move, they handled a separate refrigerator carelessly, creating a substantial mess across the floors and entryways. ​More critically, the movers caused deep cosmetic scratches across both the middle flex drawer and the bottom freezer door of our stainless steel refrigerator. When we pointed out the damage and requested written assurance for the repairs before finalizing payment, the on-site mover called his supervisor. Management insisted that we "close out the job" and pay the full balance on the spot, verbally promising that the company would take care of replacing the damaged doors afterward. ​Since paying in full, our repeated attempts to reach management by phone have led no where (originally were told the doors are ordered but backordered by the manufacturer) and now have gone completely unanswered. The company has not provided reimbursement or followed up on their commitment to resolve the property damage. ​Photos of the damaged refrigerator doors taken immediately after delivery are attached.   Justin, Steven and Chris were great! Professional, respectful, courteous and strong! I have VERY heavy furniture and it was super hot outside. They never complained and never took a break. They were careful to not scratch my floors or knock my furniture around.

  Filled out a request for a quote online on their website on a Saturday. Called their office on Monday and left a voicemail with the "estimates" department. Today is Tuesday and they have not returned either my email or my phone call. Going with Prompt Moving and Transportation instead since they answered the phone on my first call. Edit: to owner replying saying that I’m fortunate that I found a mover with a week notice - no I am not lucky someone was available on short notice. All companies I quoted were available in fact. You were the only company not to respond to me, except on this Google review, still never received a call back or email. Blaming me for your lack of response is wild. And based on other negative reviews here; this isn’t the first time ghosting customers.

  I would give them a 3 1/2 but given a 4 because they had to walk to my apartment. The guys worked hard. Just didn't get everything out of my storage and left somethings outside of my apartment that I didn't know until someone knocked on my door that night.
