  I recently went out with Getaway Charters for my first-ever sea fishing trip, and it was an absolute blast. If you're a beginner, this is exactly the crew you want. Captain Gary and Tristen made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Gary clearly knows these waters inside and out, putting us right on the fish, while Tristen was a total pro helping with the gear and making sure we were set up for success. The energy on the boat was great—professional but laid back. They turned what could have been an intimidating first trip into an unforgettable day on the water. If you want a crew that actually cares about your experience, look no further!

  I appreciate Tristian and Captain Gary, they did a great job catching the big fish and letting me reel it in. Would recommend for any sized group they are very knowledgeable.

  We booked a 6 hour trip and had a blast! Captains Gary and Josh were great and made sure we got what we wanted out of the trip. Deckhand Tristan was super helpful and Johnny on the spot to help us bait and manage our catch. We caught enough vermilion snapper for two meals and watching Tristan filet them was something else! Obviously there are a lot of charter companies but this was our 3rd trip with Getaway and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Our experience was amazing!! Josh and Tristen went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back next year on our next vacation!!
