I never post reviews, but this experience moved me to take the time! This was a perfect experience from start to finish. Christopher and Tyler are an amazing duo - on time, efficient, able to quickly problem solve and make adjustments, adaptable to circumstances, friendly and personable, yet also professional. Who knew moving could be so pleasurable. I must also give a shout out to Chad in the Jubilee City office for making the business end of the whole effort responsive and so very easy to accomplish. As I said, perfect beginning to end. More than worth every very reasonably priced penny. Five stars not enough!

I was happy with how quickly they loaded and unloaded the moving truck. However, they did not get all the heavy stuff we asked for. I understand that we were running out of room in the truck, so we asked them to please get all the heavy items and leave the small ones.
They broke the chain on my bicycle. One of the movers got into an altercation with another mover and left. After they left, we found a hole in our door and did not say anything because we did not see it happen. We can say it was not noted in the house's inspection report. They were very friendly.

Will and his team of Awesomeness! These men will show up bright eyed and in good spirits. A testament of hard work just happened, We really appreciate the care you took of every item. They wrap everything, all the way to the floor. Took responsible breaks and have a very good team work ethic. It was a non stop flow, and you really don't realize how much stuff you have until it's filling up a truck. Preston, was our moving manager on site and he has years of experience. You can tell he is a good man. Ask for him if available. Thank you for going above and beyond. We are thrilled.

We had an excellent experience with our moving crew: Chris, Tyler, and Luis.
They arrived on time, were professional, personable, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They treated our home and belongings with respect, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and organized throughout the process. Not a single wall, doorway, or piece of property was damaged, which was especially impressive given the amount of furniture and boxes being moved.
What stood out most was their positive attitude and teamwork. They were helpful, easy to communicate with, and clearly knew what they were doing. Watching them maximize every inch of space in the truck was like watching a game of Tetris—they packed everything strategically and securely.
They completed the job an hour ahead of schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and the entire move was far less stressful because of their expertise and professionalism.
We would absolutely recommend Chris, Tyler, and Luis to anyone looking for a dependable, efficient, and respectful moving crew. Thank you for making a challenging day go so smoothly!

We decided to get movers to help with our move.
I called Jubilee and was greeted by Maria…she was so caring and assured me she was going to walk this stressful journey with me. My goodness she kept her word. She got the awesome Mr Chad to come out and do an
estimate. He went over everything and answered all our questions. The day of the move Maria and Chad stopped by to check in with us and asked if we needed anything. We told them they had sent the “Dream Team” which was Christopher, Malcom and Preston to help us move. They did an amazing job!! From start to finish they were courteous, caring and went above and.beyond to do a fantastic job!!!!

We bill in 15-minute increments, which means you're only charged for the actual time spent on your move. What if the number of items changes between the estimate and the move day?
It's perfectly normal for your inventory to change between the initial estimate and moving day. Many customers donate items, place things in storage, sell belongings, or acquire new purchases. We're fully prepared to handle these adjustments and will work with whatever items are present when we arrive.
What should be packed before the movers arrive?
Before our team arrives, please ensure that all loose items are properly packed in boxes. This includes decorations, documents, bathroom essentials, kitchen pantry items, and any other small household goods that aren't furniture or large items.

A long carry occurs when our movers need to carry your belongings over a considerable distance between your home and the moving truck. This can happen when parking is far from the entrance, when there's a lengthy driveway, or due to the layout of your building.
What if the truck cannot park close to my home?
We'll work with whatever parking situation is available at your location. However, please understand that any additional time needed due to parking distance or access challenges will be reflected in your billable hours.
Do I need to reserve parking or obtain permits?
It's your responsibility to arrange any required parking permits, HOA permissions, or elevator reservations ahead of time. Keep in mind that any delays caused by lack of proper permits or access authorization will be included in the total billable time.
Can the movers stop at a storage unit before going to the new house?
Yes, we can make additional stops at storage facilities during your move. We'll load your belongings from your current home, stop at your storage unit if needed, and then continue to your new location. The time and mileage for these stops will be added to your bill. For nearby facilities within a mile or so, the additional time is typically minimal.
