My Muscled Up Movers team were very professional, prompt, and respectful. They took great care with my furniture and my boxes. They valued my time and were very efficient. I would highly recommend Muscled Up Movers for anyone looking for someone to handle their moving needs. This was my first experience using Muscled Up Movers, and I was very pleased with the service they provided. I would definitely use them to move again.

I would not recommend this company. On moving day, they brought a small truck and couldn’t fit everything from the estimate, so I had to leave some items behind. The crew was slow and inexperienced—one worker was on their first day and didn’t even know how to handle a TV. Most importantly, my refrigerator, which I clearly asked them to be careful with, ended up with dents. If that happened to the most important item, I don’t even want to mention the rest. Overall, not a good experience and I would not recommend them.

This is worst experience I have ever had in my life. I work with a non profit organization called “leash on life” where I foster puppies til we can find them a home. When they showed up my 5pd paralyzed pup ran to the front door and they ran. After that they called their supervisor declaring my house was full of feces and smelled bad, which was not true, so instead of talking to me they just got in the rented U-Haul, which should of been the first strike against them, and just left without saying a word to me or my father who I was helping move. They just drove away. Crazy right? Please if anyone out there loves their furry babies I beg of you do not use this company. We must take a stand on people and companies like this and they shouldn’t be making money with that kind of behavior.

They allow movers to work under the influence of unknown substances (and reeking of illegal drugs the second they entered my apartment), while barely able to stand up straight and fall while moving your items. Management was not well educated on Workers’ Comp laws (thought having workers’ comp meant there was no risk to me if a mover injured themselves on my property while moving impaired), and refused to remove the impaired mover from my property, or handle the situation if I wanted the move to happen. I was told a manager would be sent directly to handle the situation. Frank stated, “I’ll get someone out there who won’t kill themselves”. I was nervous being alone with two men that are complete strangers - one clearly under the influence - and asked they wait until they were there in person to address it. I also pointed out that they know both of my addresses now, the old one and the new one I’m moving to. Frank agreed that was a valid concern and reassured me it would not happen. They then immediately called the worker and put me at risk. No manager arrived, as it was clear they didn’t want to handle it. A manager said he had seen the men that morning prior to them coming to my house and they weren’t impaired, but from the discussion with Frank, it appeared there was a large time between them leaving the facility and arriving (quite late) to my apartment. They said their hands were tied because the mover himself denied being under the influence over the phone, even though myself and the other mover stated that we both saw issues. There was no discount given, even though the impaired mover was not working effectively as he could barely stand and when he did pick items up he was falling over and was careless with my items. I was told that I had two men for two hours, and they could move as much as we could within the timeframe. They also moved my time frame up significantly less than 24 hours prior to my move, which created other issues for me - but I was willing to let that part go. They also arrived 40-45 minutes later than the time they asked me to plan around. Putting the fact aside that I did not receive what I paid for- two able bodied and capable movers for two hours - they were incredibly negligent towards their workers’ safety as well as my safety. I was pigeon-holed into an unsafe situation, as they refused to send me a capable second mover. They created a tense and blatantly unsafe environment for me. I will be doing more research on the correct channels to address this through with the state and BBB if this is not rectified. My money aside, a company who does not care about the wellbeing, health, and safety of their employees is an incredibly disappointing thing to see from a local company. My original review was posted under my work account, which was a mistake on my part, so I’ve edited it. To the owner’s response: Please review your records more thoroughly. I messaged letting them know there would be more bags, I was told multiple times during the call that after the large items were moved, the remaining time would be used for any other items I had. If a test came back negative, you truly need to get that checked again in a blood test - anyone with a nose could have smelled it. It was not “one trip”. It was a mover unable to stand straight, falling over repeatedly, unable to speak when trying to introduce myself or converse. Again, the main issue: clear negligence of disregarding my safety and blatantly ignoring the request to not handle the issue over the phone while I was alone with two men that I did not know- was not addressed. Pull the call. Frank agreed it should not be handled that way.
