  I had such a great experience with Muscled Up Movers! Monterro Harris, Saul Soto, Edgar (Eli) Elizando, and bonus help from CJ made what could have been a very stressful moving day feel organized and manageable from beginning to end. The entire team was professional, respectful, and extremely careful with both my previous home and my new home. They packaged and handled my belongings very well, and I especially appreciated how they were able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing care. They kept everything moving forward while still being diligent and listening to any concerns or feedback I had along the way. Monterro did an excellent job as the team leader. He explained everything clearly throughout the process and kept the move organized, which made everything feel so much smoother. I was also incredibly impressed with how he organized the truck, it was clear there was a lot of thought and experience behind how everything was packed and positioned! Eli and Saul worked hard throughout the move and were careful with my belongings, and CJ was an unexpected bonus! He was especially helpful with my furniture once we arrived at my new home and even offered some great advice on furniture placement, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank Chris for all of his help, communication, and organization leading up to moving day. From the initial planning through the actual move, I felt supported and informed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The team was respectful, hardworking, organized, personable, and careful with the things that mattered to me. I would absolutely recommend Muscled Up Movers and would use their services again in the future. Thank you Monterro, Saul, Eli, CJ, and Chris for helping make my move such a positive experience! ❤️🏡

  They were absolutely outstanding. First time I’ve ever used movers and nothing was broken. They took great care of all my belongings and were professional. They made the entire moving process painless and efficient. Very well organized team!

  The moving experience was pleasant and the movers did good work however the true cost of the move is not what they quote you. Final cost was double the amount quoted. Was told that the cost was because I opted for a higher "care option" which meant all I wanted was for them not to break the thing they were movng. If you look at their "fast" moving option it will claim they will pay out pennies on the dollar for what they break. (Which does not include your tv, floors, etc) For this price just use two men and a truck and call it a day.

  I can’t say enough good things about this moving company! From start to finish, starting with Chris that booked the quote and put together all details into the move day to the actual team Corey Sanders, Mario Conley, and Travis Jones went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful day feel easy and manageable. The entire crew was professional, friendly, hardworking, and incredibly careful with everything. They worked efficiently, handled all of my belongings with care, and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile when something needed additional attention. You could genuinely tell they cared about doing a great job and making sure everything was taken care of. Moving is stressful enough, and having a team like this made such a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers. 5 stars without a doubt! I really appreciate everything throughout this entire process.

  So this review will be slightly different than most, because (for a variety of reasons NOT related to Muscled Up Movers) in the end we cancelled our interstate move at the last minute. However, I want to call out how positive of an experience we had working with MUM from the beginning up through the cancellation process. We worked with Karla throughout, and from the beginning she was incredibly helpful and clear about the moving process, how cost estimates were determined, timelines, etc. Any time we had a question, we could call or text and she always took the time to talk with us. Everything about our planned move with MUM was smooth, including the last-second cancellation. We forfeited the cost of airfare for the movers and 10% of our security deposit, all of which was known and agreed to up front, and entirely fair since they turned away other work for the week they were expecting to be moving us. However, the remainder of our deposit was returned quickly and with no issues. Working with MUM, and with Karla specifically, was a great experience all the way through, and down the road when we do move forward with a move out of state we'll be reaching out to them again.
