- PBPete BJun 20, 20265.0Our 1/2 day trip on the Kasilof was unforgettable! Our guide Rusty was so knowledgeable and did a great job showing us how to fish for sockeye. We all hit our limit with 3 each! It was such a great experience. The views are phenomenal and we saw so many eagles! Thank you for making Dudes Weekend 2026 so special!

- RRRay RielJun 11, 20265.0I just went on a Half Day Kasilof River Drift Boat Salmon Trip and it was a wonderful time. We had Rusty as our guide, you just knew that he knew every inch of that river. We fished the river really hard but came up empty handed that day. We went on June 6th and that may have been a week or so to early. Rusty was great and Christie was great with all the communications in order to make our fishing trip and visit perfect. We will certainly book with them again.
- TTTony TranMay 29, 20265.0first visit to alaska - wanted to fish - learn discover alaska to return for more activities - learned King of the River - i booked and went - willy boat fishing with chris - our captain guide @ Kasilof river (wear rain boots will need boots - dre’s for weather easy to remove layers but worse when not prepared for cold temps) and marrisa - full day - at our first fishing stop i had hooked a sockeye salmon some minutes later wife hooked a sockeye too. lost one and released a small one - for us it was beautiful pleasant day - at end of our trip cloud and sprinkles began . overall great experiences and will do again with king of the river.
