  I moved my stuff from Alaska to Pennsylvania. It was to take 4 or 5 weeks, but I actually needed a bit longer, so I was glad they will store your things for a short time at no extra charge. Calista Ross was the person helping me. She did the estimates and was very up front about prices and how it all works. Even after I got to PA, she kept in touch to find out when I wanted it delivered. The 2 guys that packed my things were fast and efficient. It only took about 3 hours to pack up 30 boxes of stuff, a queen mattress, and a few small shelves. The crate came to my new place on an Ace moving truck, and it was still nailed shut. The boxes were all in good condition, just like when they left AK.

  Alaska Terminals was very kind to us when our remote building project went much longer than expected and we had to store a large, heavy carved teak door at their warehouse, for several years. I’m sure the relieved when we were able to take it.

  They were a very professional crew and hard working. I felt my valuables were safe and well cared for with them. It was a very good moving experience.

  6 hrs to move a packed 1 bd apartment, no appliances included!! They took 3 hrs to load but only 1.5hr to unload?!? . Often, found them just standing around socializing w neighbors and playing with pets! Then, I was charged an overtime fee when promised I wouldn’t. Very disappointed and disgusted by these people’s work ethic!
