Everything was set up for a smooth process — the date was secured, a $100 deposit was paid to hold it, and the company confirmed the time the day before. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately, it was anything but. The movers never showed up at the scheduled time. After countless calls, my mom finally reached someone hours later who claimed the team was delayed due to “vehicle issues” but was on the way. She waited again — and still, no one ever came. More time passed, more calls went unanswered, and eventually, the same representative admitted that no one would be coming at all. An entire day was wasted rearranging plans and waiting on movers who never arrived or even called. The representative apologized and promised to refund the $100 deposit for the move that never happened. Fast forward four months — still no refund. Repeated calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. At this point, it’s not even about the money — it’s about accountability and professionalism, both of which were completely missing from this experience.

Three men showed up on time and moved my entire 3bed/2bath house in under 3 hours. This included moving and loading the truck at the first location and fully unloading at the new place. I had just installed new flooring in the new house and they took the utmost care to ensure that they did not scratch or damage the floors. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Central Texas and I will be using them again the next time I move.

She proceeded to text me and apologize for the interruption so I continued answering her questions through text and provided a picture of my storage facility. She confirmed availability for the date I requested but never provided me a quote. I reached asking for the quote and she never replied. I assumed since it was late evening on a Saturday I would hear back from her on Monday. Monday morning arrives and still nothing I once again proceeded with a text asking for my quote but nothing. I read awesome reviews concerning the customer service and the movers so this really surprised me. Hopefully you will receive the positive experience because I got ghosted by a freaking moving company 🤦🏿♀️.
