- GWGeoffrey WillisSep 25, 20245.0I recently had a new grand piano delivered, AND an existing baby grand moved to the the upstairs loft. This involved tearing the baby grand down to parade rest. They removed the keyboard action, lid, legs, peddles and whatever else was needed. Totally professional and everybody on the team had a job and did it well. They were very careful on the steps (Which included a 180 degree turn), using their hands to protect the piano and walls. Not a nick or scratch anywhere and the reassembled piano still plays great. While they also delivered and set up a new grand piano downstairs which again they did perfectly, it just paled in comparison to watching them get that baby grand upstairs. 100% satisfied and recommend them to anyone.
