I was told 2 hours in total. They arrived 30 minutes late as they went to the wrong address. Once they actually started it took 4.5 hours! They had underestimated how long it was going to take by 3 hours. They charged me for sitting outside the wrong address and did not return my call.

I ONLY HAD ONE MIRROR AND DRESSER, 3 NIGHTSTANDS, 2 CHEST DRAWERS KEEP IN MIND NO HEAVY CHERRY WOOD ITEMS. 2 BEDS, 2 CHAIRS, ONE SOFA, SMALL DEFREEZER, AND A BOX. MY PICK UP DESTINATION WAS 77365, AND MY DROP OFF DESTINATION WAS 10 MINUTES AWAY 77365. THE WORKERS DELIBERATELY, MOVED TREMENDOUSLY SLOW TO ADD MORE TIME. ALSO I MOVED OUT OF A DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT. TO A HOME WHICH WAS NO A 2-STORY. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE WHEN THEY GOT TO ME THEY SAID I DIDN’T HAVE MUCH TO MOVE. WHICH I DIDN’T. PLEASE BE WARE. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $450. THE MORAL TO THE STORY IS THE 3 MEN WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SINGLE FEMALES..
