I left Mark a voicemail and got a callback pretty quick. He calmly got my service request sorted and had a crew of three at my house THE NEXT DAY.. on a Saturday! Dalton, Brad, and Lasean got to work immediately. They worked fast and packed well. I could barely keep up with sorting the things I needed to keep behind! A few short hours later the crew departed after checking with me several times to make sure everything they could pack was done having packed far more than I ever thought possible in such a short time. Hats off to the crew for really bailing me out and doing so with the utmost sense of professionalism and immediacy! If I ever need moving services in Lubbock again, I will not consult with anyone else, I'll simply book the services I need and have peace of mind knowing they can handle anything.
