  This has been the move from hell! Before I made a deal I brought the main guy to my house to SEE WHAT I HAVE. I requested packing and moving on a three bedroom apartment (again, he came to my house and inspected all the rooms and all the closets, no surprises here). The day of the packing (three bedrooms) two guys showed up for two hours! I complained and they ended up staying for 6 hours and didn’t even finish half of the packing. The next day they showed up for the actual moving and to finish packing (don’t forget, I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE) at 8 am. A crew of 3 guys. They worked until 2 am and moved probably half of my house. They agreed in coming back the next day after 3pm to finish the moving. The next day 3 guys showed up and took until 2 am again to finish packing (a service I paid for) and loading the truck. They dropped all the boxes in my new apartment. Heavy boxes WITH NO LABELS. They didn’t ensamble what they were supposed to as agreed and paid for. The move cost me 3 times what we agreed on (I am not exaggerating, it was 3 times the price agreed upon) and when I complained about it the guy became aggressive and very combative to the point he screamed at my sister. My house is still a mess and you cannot walk around it. We are senior citizens and unable to handle heavy boxes. The guy offered to come back the next week to ensamble some of the things we agreed upon. I am still to hear from him and quite frankly not very happy bringing him over again. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. They are supposed to be the experts and having walked through my house they should have known what they were dealing with. Their services were sloppy and unprofessional. I still can’t find my computer parts (I ended up packing, assembling and removing a third of the house, otherwise we will still be there!) I cannot find my TV stands because they packed them and placed them in unmarked boxes. This is horrible! I can’t believe there is a scam like this and they get away with it! They ended up charging me for the boxes they used and when I complained because they should have been accounted for in the packing I PAID FOR , I was told they used more boxes than expected. Again, the “professional” WALKED THROUGH MY WHOLE HOUSE INCLUDING CLOSETS before giving me a quote. If I knew I was going to end up paying 3 times what we agreed on I would have asked for a second and even a third quote. I was not given the option and when I told the guy I was not happy with this he threatened to call the police on me and have me arrested for breach of contract. THE MOVE FROM HELL! Be careful!

  Moved my 5br home with a packing and moving service all in one day! Highly impressed by the move. I didn’t think the guys could get it all done in one day but they did. Was quoted crazy prices by the competitors as well as the time of two days for the full move. I highly recommend Chris and his crew of outstanding men. Look no further the future of moving is here! Great job guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌠

  I had the best moving experience with Kendall and Paul! They were extremely polite and helpful during the entire moving process. They took apart my beds and put it all together again. One less thing for me to worry about. This was such an easy and quick process. I ran into Chris while trying to move out myself and he told me about Pink Zebra Moving. He was quick to book me and made it happen all at the last minute. I would highly recommend all 3 of these wonderful men for your moving services. Thank you! Paul, Kendall and Chris.

  Rkavion and Kendall were amazing! They were prompt and immediately got to moving items. I would totally recommend them to friends and even use them again in the future when I move again!

  This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The crew (Chris, Paul and Jacob) listened to me and went above and beyond to make sure my move was seamless. I hope I don’t have to move for a long time but if I do-I’ll come back to Pink Zebra.
