- BBBob BJul 6, 20211.0Moved with EDC and asked them specifically to ensure my 65 inch TV was not damaged in any way. It arrived completely ruined (cracked screen, despite carefully packed in original box). Agent (very hard to get ahold of throughout the whole process) said to fill out a claim form and just hung up. What a horrible experience - don't use this company unless you want the same thing to happen to your stuff! Update after response: Your office confirmed I will only receive $27 for the TV, as this is the 60 cents per pound rate. It's not worth submitting a claim for this. I don't think you're understanding the situation: when I buy breakfast for the crew and explain they can literally break everything else, just make sure the TV is safe, and then the TV is completely ruined (and your staff is rude about it), that is a legit 1 star experience, as it would be for anyone.
