- SLSam LovingJul 11, 20251.00 STARS… Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had! That was pretty tough to beat as I’ve had a company deliver furniture at 11pm due to them getting behind on their route. At least they didn’t reschedule me! I was originally scheduled to have my items delivered and assembled on Monday. The guys showed up and delivered my items at my doorstep and I was told that assembly was not in my order and that I’d need to contact the company I purchased the exercise equipment from. After following up with the company I purchased my exercise equipment from, I found out that there was some miscommunication and they confirmed that I had in fact paid for white glove delivery and assembly and that this would be communicated to the delivery team. I also told them this as well but it seems very little was done to simply confirm this information. I had another piece of equipment already scheduled for delivery the next day but was unable to have my first items assembled the next day (while they were here already) because they couldn’t fit it in their schedule. I was rescheduled for FRIDAY! My delivery window was 7-11am. However, I received a call shortly after 10am letting me know that they were having mechanical issues with their truck and would get back with me on a new ETA. 3pm rolled around and I had not heard from anyone so I called back to get an update and was told that they would not make it out today and that I would have to be rescheduled AGAIN for Monday! After I had been available all week, now I would need to take off of work AGAIN next week. I was told that I could not even be moved to Saturday (they do deliver on Saturdays) because they had just scheduled others for that day and would have to move everyone around. Apparently, it is ok to inconvenience me for the THIRD time but it can’t be done to anyone else. This company has TERRIBLE customer service! There were ways that they could have accommodated me but they chose not to and continued to put me on the back burner after waiting all week. Ultimately, I ended up calling the company I ordered from and requesting a refund for the service. This entire experience was COMPLETELY inconsiderate and unacceptable. I highly recommend shopping around for other companies. Please do not allow them the opportunity to provide you POOR service and WASTE YOUR TIME!
