  I called about a price discrepancy and a very rude lead- mover and the owner was unconcerned. Upon booking he sent a text that said the movers would arrive and move me from 12-4. I had to call to make sure they were still coming and the owner said he would contact the movers and get an ETA. No problem. They arrived at 1:30. When I complained he said that was ETA time. Nothing in the initial agreement said it was an estimated move time. Then he asked me if I even knew what ETA even meant. He also said it was in the initial message that I would get a 30 min courtesy call to let me know they were coming in between the “ETA” time. I did not receive that imaginary call either. Once I got home and re-read the info to verify I was correct, it was the absolutely nothing in the booking message said anything about a courtesy call either. He didn’t apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. Instead I paid almost $600 for 3 people to move 11 boxes and one bed plus mattress. I’ve used other movers in Frisco and they were definitely way better as far as price and professionalism. I will make sure I let everyone I come across know.

  The entire team was courteous and professional. Tyrone and his team took care of everything as if it were his own. I would highly recommend Stonebriar to anyone looking to have something moved, you will not be disappointed!
