This was an international move, so everything needed to be packed thoroughly and this crew was incredible! Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and so polite. They answered every question we had patiently. Jose and his crew worked quickly, but neatly, and the whole house was packed and ready to go in just one day. We can only recommend this company, and would use them again and again! Thank you!!
- JRJonathan RichardsJan 21, 20261.0It’s quite rare that I take time to leave a negative review, as you can see from my profile I mostly provide positive reviews, but in this case the one star was well earned. I am relocating from Texas to Georgia, and the company I will be working for assigned this company to me. At first, everything seemed great, but they are incredibly dishonest. I would highly recommend reading the comments they write on your inventory checklist, because they will lie. Jose wrote numerous false condition statements on my inventory. One example was my bed and mattress. He wrote that the bed was very worn and dirty and that the mattress had stains. Ironically, both were brand new and had only been in my apartment for less than a week before the move. I am also unsure how they even assessed the mattress condition since it was packed with my sheets still on it. The same can be said for other items where they noted scratches that did not exist. Very dishonest. They also rush through packing and do a poor job. Multiple items arrived damaged beyond repair, including my coffee table, sofa table, and TV stand. Other items arrived in horribly filthy condition, including my bed, couch, and mattress. It is clear they lie on the inventory sheet to protect themselves from their carelessness. On top of that, they played very loud music while packing which disturbed my neighbors and resulted in me receiving a noise complaint. Overall, this is a very poor company and I would not recommend them, especially Jose and his team in the Dallas area.
