  Josh was great! My 12 year old daughter and all her friends talked about how much fun it was and they think I should just buy one to transport them all around in! Lol!

  Edited to add image of my contract with them since they are claiming they have no record of me as a client which is obviously not true. I should probably give them zero stars, but they showed up at some point so, 1 star it is. We had the after-party bus for our wedding booked for 10pm-2am and I had the owner confirm with me multiple times they would be there at 10pm to pick us up. Well when it came time to start doing the final exit, our coordinator called the bus company to get an ETA as they were supposed to be there ready for us to hop right on after the exit, but weren't. The driver said he had “just found out about this event tonight” and was going to be 40 minutes late. It was extremely embarrassing making our guests wait FORTY minutes for a bus that we weren’t even sure was going to arrive. Half our guests that planned on going to the after party with us just ended up going home because they got tired of waiting. When the bus finally came, the driver was really rude to us, tried to drop us off at the hotel earlier than our 4 hours and got in one of my guest’s faces (a FEMALE guest) because we were requesting to go to Taco Bell and he said “I have a wife and kids at home I don’t have time for this”. It was legitimately so bad. This was the one thing that absolutely went super wrong on our wedding day and it really ruined the end because we were supposed to just all get on the bus right after the exit. It really sucked. Their contract states they’re not responsible for buses being late so unfortunately there’s nothing we can do besides write these reviews and hope someone sees it and chooses not to book with them.

  We booked a 50-person party bus weeks in advance with Austin Nites Party Bus, and they canceled just TWO HOURS before our scheduled trip—leaving us and all our guests completely stranded. Their excuse was that the bus wasn’t working and the only other option available could only hold 15 people, which obviously didn’t help us at all. To make matters worse, they offered no real alternative and still haven’t returned my deposit. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. This was a major event for us, and their last-minute cancellation ruined it. If you want to avoid stress, disappointment, and losing your money—stay far away from this company.

  A group of girl friends and I rented a bus from Josh to take us to and from wineries in the Austin area. Not only was he professional, on time, and very communicative, but he also made the bus ride itself ENTERTAINING. We started early in the day and the ambiance he created in the bus made it easy to enjoy our time from beginning to end. I very much recommend him and his company. 10/10!
