During the move, one of their drivers accidentally ran over the mailbox and destroyed it. We closed on the house and discovered what had happened. Our real estate agent reached out to them and explained the situation. We didn't think there was a chance that we were going to get this fixed because we weren't a client of Lytle's and we had no recourse whatsoever if they chose to ignore us. Instead, William Brantner from Lytle immediately paid a mailbox company to completely fix/weld/paint the mailbox and within 3 days it was reinstalled and better than new. I saw the invoice and it wasn't a cheap fix either. Moving companies are notoriously shady but based on my experience with the guys at Lytle I would be glad to give them my business if we ever move again. Many thanks for handling this for us!
