I had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. During the move, they damaged my friend’s TV, and when he reached out afterward, they offered essentially zero help no solution, no follow-up, and no accountability. Accidents can happen, but how a company handles them matters, and this was handled poorly. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them if you care about careful handling and customer support after the job.
The movers are very nice and polite . But their price is very expensive they charge extra for everything. I wish i could get an estimate about the total price before hand . My bill came up double what i thought even though i had almost no boxes left took all by myself. As much as they are expensive we asked them to stop and continued the move by ourselves . You can find cheaper companies.

Amazing moving experience!

We want to share our experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this moving company.
During our move, the movers packed, transported, and delivered our brand-new 100” television, which was in perfect condition beforehand. We had specifically raised concerns about the size and fragility of the TV, were reassured it would be handled carefully, and even paid extra to add an additional mover to reduce the risk of damage.
When we turned the TV on in our new home, the screen showed severe impact damage and is now completely unusable.
To be transparent, we had the basic released-value coverage rather than premium insurance. We payed roughly $1650 for the move, but are now experiencing a $4000 loss on top of that.
However, this review is not about insurance technicalities.
It’s about the fact that:
• the TV was in perfect condition before the move
• it was handled exclusively by the movers
• it was returned completely broken
• and the company’s response was to offer $75 (as an exception) for a roughly $4,000 loss
Accidents can happen during any move. What truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the resolution offered here did not reflect care, or fairness. They told us that they have many positive reviews so our situation would not affect them.
If we had seen a review describing an outcome like this beforehand, we would not have chosen this company. We hope sharing this helps others think carefully before trusting them with valuable or fragile items.
