  Worst ever. Reps don’t reply to you. Shipment takes forever. Severely overpriced. I’m still waiting on my stuff and no one has a clue where it is or when it will be delivered.

  Movers couldn't get my couch in the front door so it was left on the porch. I paid extra for them to bring it into the house. I had to pay another mover to get the couch in, they had no problems. Never use ship smart or their 3rd party movers. Horrible experience!!!

  Terrible experience. They contract you out to carriers and then cannot help you when something goes wrong with those carriers. Unapologetic. Unhelpful. They claimed that they quoted us “on the high end” but then we ended up having to pay $1500 more. If you want a kind, helpful moving company, I suggest booking a different direct company that can help when something goes awry.

  It took over a month and a half for the items from my out of state move to arrive. Then the first shipment arrived, come to find out not everything was in that shipment so I had to do a second additional one. They were not able to get my couch or my dresser up the stairs. My desk was not put together, and all of my tables and couches were left in plastic wrap for me to deal with my self. Thank you ship smart what a great $4,000 quality service I paid for !
