Then the first shipment arrived, come to find out not everything was in that shipment so I had to do a second additional one. They were not able to get my couch or my dresser up the stairs. My desk was not put together, and all of my tables and couches were left in plastic wrap for me to deal with my self. Thank you ship smart what a great $4,000 quality service I paid for !
