I called at 11pm the night before for a 8am pick up, and they were able to assign us Michael that night. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We made it home to NYC safely and quickly. Michael was super helpful with our bags, and he was very kind. If we ever need to make this trip again, we will work with Cooper Limo.

My only complaint is that the passenger side rear seat belt locked and prohibited movement in my seat. It placed an inordinate amount of pressure on my chest. Thanks for a great trip and look forward to our return trip home.
